The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of Cruise Service Quality(CSQ) in Northeast Asia on cruise lines' brand image and loyalty. A total of 282 questionaires were collected and used for analysis. As a result, CSQ in Northeast Asia were classified into four factors: onboard facility, onboard service, shore excursion service and crew service, with both cruise lines' brand image and loyalty being single dimension. The result of testing hypothesis shows that onboard facility, onboard service and crew service have positive influence on cruise lines' brand image while shore excursion service has no significant influence. Additionally, onboard service, shore excursion service and crew service have positive impact on loyalty towards cruise lines. Cruise lines' brand image also turn out to be a positive factor to have an effect on loyalty. Based on the result, several managerial implications were discussed.

As several theoretical and empirical studies have shown the relationship between service quality attribute performance and overall satisfaction is asymmetrical, this study postulates the asymmetric and nonlinear relationship between attribute-level performance of a hotel booking app and overall satisfaction. With a growing number of mobile app users for hotel reservations this study aims to identify the asymmetric influence of service quality performance of a hotel booking app on overall satisfaction. Using data collected penalty-reward contrast analysis (PRCA) was tested and the three-factor theory concept was integrated to classify the 16 service quality attributes of a hotel booking mobile app. This study presented the implementation of PRCA and the effective and appropriated action direction for each service quality attribute was discussed.

The purpose of this study is to find out the historical trend and meanings of modern hotels(1945-1999) in history of Korea hotel. As a social phenomenon of specified time, historical approach for hotel management is to understand it by consideration through a historical trend. Hotel is influenced by the politics, economics, socio-culture. A method of study is a historical research using books, newspapers, articles. After Korea was liberated from Japanese colonial rule in 1945, Station hotels and modern hotel continuously played a very important role in the current hotel management and Korea tourism development. Modern hotels in korea have various socio-cultural meanings and landmark building in city. Hotels faced rapidly changing conditions for management owing to increasing competition and diversified demands of customer from 1945 to 1999. Hotel had a development in quantity and quality. This findings of historical study will contribute to the plans for the future policy in hotel management and the education of hotel history in university.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between waiting factors, latency, service quality and customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. It is shown that the waiting time factor has a negative effect on the perceived waiting time and the perceived waiting time has a negative effect on the service quality. In the regression analysis of service quality and customer satisfaction, it is confirmed that there is a positive relationship. In this study, the atmospheric factors influencing the perceived waiting time in the hotel restaurant were verified to be significant by all factors except "Unknown waits". In other words, it was confirmed that the customer can reduce the perceived waiting time through the unfair atmosphere, uncomfortable atmosphere, unexplained atmosphere management which is a factor that can be directly controlled at the hotel restaurant. Through the management of these factors, Quality, and customer satisfaction as a result.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of dissatisfaction on job environment on work engagement and turnover intention of resort employees. Total 250 copies were distributed to employees who worked in resort and 213 samples were used for the empirical analysis. dissatisfaction on job environment was defined by four factors derived from exploratory factor analysis: salary dissatisfaction, colleague relationship dissatisfaction, work environment dissatisfaction, superior relationship dissatisfaction. The results showed that dissatisfaction on job environment had a negative(-) effect on work engagement. Second, dissatisfaction on job environment had a positive(+) effect on turnover intention. Finally, work engagement had a negative(-) effect on turnover intention. Based on the results of the study, the theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and future research directions were presented.

The purpose of this study is to explore the intention to use of the sharing accommodation platform Airbnb, which focuses on the effects of brand trust, perceived economic value, and network externalities. A survey of 105 individuals was conducted and the results were obtained using SPSS 18.0. Airbnb intention to use differed depending on income and age. In addition, the three variables of trust, perceived economic value, and network externalities all have a significant effect on the intention to use Airbnb. These results will help Airbnb, to learn how to better approach consumers. In order for the sharing accommodation platform to move forward in a developmental direction, efforts should be made to build user brand trust, enable relatively more people to recognize economic value, and make efforts to ensure that P2P(Peer-to-Peer) transactions can be actively carried out by increasing the number of people participating in shared accommodation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the value of tourism resources in Gyeyangsan, Marine Tourism City Incheon, which has grown through the rapid urbanization process as a modern city based on coastal port. For this purpose, this study has theoretically examined the previous studies related to Gyeyangsan. In particular, various research papers, periodicals, government documents and newspaper articles published in and out of the country were reviewed and presented. Based on this, we proposed three development directions that can maximize the value of tourism resources. The contents include the development of experiential educational tourism products linking local cultural assets, the development of sports tourism products using national archery and trekking, and the expansion strategy for expanding thinking of valued values. As a sub-concept of Incheon Tourism, based on the above research results, we aimed at the development of Incheon Tourism based on maximizing the value of tourism resources. This will contribute to the establishment of the extension strategy of Incheon Tourism and the recognition of tourists. In addition, it is expected that maximizing the value of tourism resources in Gyeyangsan will be linked to Incheon Tourism as sustainable tourism. In this way, Incheon citizens should be aware of and complement each other to ensure that maximizing the value of tourist resources in Gyeyangsan can be a complementary means of revitalizing local economy. It is hoped that Incheon will build a well-deserved tourport with three triples including seaport, airport, tourist contents teleport, and move it to the center of the world.

Using the contribution force model of the inbound tourism market, and exploring the contribution force of Chinese tourists to Korean inbound tourism market from 2008 to 2017 from the perspective of tourist source country and receiving country. The results show that the contribution force of Korean inbound tourism market is influenced by both China and Korea, and Chinese tourists have a significant contribution force to Korean inbound tourism market, which is inseparable from the unique advantages of China and Korea. To continue to enhance the contribution force of Chinese tourists to Korean inbound tourism market, it is necessary to create peace, stability and Safe international and domestic environment, and grasp the core characteristics of Chinese tourist.

In this study, we tried to analyze the differences in demographic characteristics between subdivided clusters, the destinations selection attributes, and the satisfaction level and revisiting intention through the cluster analysis by lifestyle type of visitors to the Jungmun Resort Complex. According to the analysis of lifestyle factors, it was extracted as six factors: culture and leisure type, substance type, self-sufficient type, active type, traditional conservative type, and social type. Through the analysis of clusters by lifestyle type, it was classified into three groups: social group, active group, cultural group and substance group. There were significant differences in demographic characteristics among clusters by gender, age and occupation, and in all three clusters there were large distributions of students and employees by occupation and 20s by age, and in group 2 (active group) they were found to be generally distributed evenly among age and occupation. There are significant differences in all of the destinations selection attributes, and it has been shown that all seven factors of the selection attribute are important in cluster 2 (active group). In addition, it was found that there were significant differences between both satisfaction and revisit intention, and that satisfaction and revisit intention were high in Cluster 1 (Social Group).

Korean travelers are increasing every year and travelling abroad can be associated with some infections. The purpose of this study is to examine the perception of four infection risks, 'epidemic/endemic disease infection', 'new influenza virus infection', 'contaminated food or water infection', and 'sexual contact infection' among Korean tourists visiting Southeast Asian countries and also to evaluate which infection factors are perceived as high risky according to their gender, age, education, travel experience, total family income per month, and pre-travel knowledge of the geographic distribution of infectious diseases. For the purpose of this study, empirical analysis using SPSS 25 was performed.
