초록보기

In literature, the aspect of emotion and the implementation of sense are embodied in the form of emotions. From this point of view, what is sensitivity in North Korea? How does the form of emotion differ from that of South Korea? Can we systematically classify North Korean emotions? And so on. Based on these questions, it is necessary to analyze the meaning of emotions in North Korean literature, how to form a discourse of text, and what meaning is embodied through intertextuality.
The study focuses on emotionalism that has been discussed in North Korean literature, centered around the 1950s and 1990s, when the emotional foundation of North Korean literature was established. Through this, the study examine the aesthetic recognition in North Korean literature and analyze the working principle of emotion
In the literature, it can be seen that emotional formations in North Korean literature are divided into positive and negative pathos based on a certain beauty, and the emotions are organized and reorganized in order to transform into the Civic Patos. In the 1950s, a variety of discussions on 'aesthetics versus bourgeois literature' were carried out, which encouraged positive emotions expressed in literature and criticized negative emotions. The discussion is based on the problem of emotion and thought in literature, the problem of contents and form, the problem of aesthetic and scientific things, modernity and custom.
These literary discourses have been banned from the meaning of individuality, individual meaning and diversity in literature, which have been actively discussed until the mid 1950s, and are shifted to the discussion of 'communism education' and 'anti-Japanese revolutionary literature'. The term 'national character' or 'modernity' is often used in the discourse of North Korean literary literature, and the establishment of 'revolution' tradition is important. In the literature of North and South Korea, collective and national common sense is accepted positively rather than individual sensitivity.
North Korean aesthetics (or so-called “Ju-che”aesthetics) classify aesthetic categories into positive. conscious-ideological aesthetic level, which excludes most of sensual parts, composes aesthetic categories of North Korean aesthetics.

In the meantime, poetic blank space has been discussed in the scheme of 'not telling-supplement', starting from 'not telling' such as omission, compression, concealment, emotion repress, etc and filling this empty space by the reader. However, discussions within this category reveal the limitations of limiting margins to unprinted areas, and It is also the reason that the blank space does not stand out from the pictorial concept and stand alone as a poetic concept. In this paper, we examined the blank space generated by descriptive images. This is the blank space of 'telling-ventilation' created by the nature of the text that is formed of the work, and it is also the blank space created by the reader's reception process.
Descriptive image means image free from linguistic notion, unlike figurative image which has an idea in it. The reader who Confront the Descriptive image freely appreciates the poem from the meaning, and such freedom leads to the establishment of the independent poetic space of the reader. For that reason, if the margin by implication is a Poetic lull of meaning and resonance, the space of the poem made up of descriptive images is the wavelength to another image and can be called ventilation.
The descriptive image is also a feature of Kim Jong-sam's poetry. He is the most vigilant of 'language blur', 'old language', and he himself said What I want the most is a 'new language concept'. This is the paragraph to see how he tried to escape from the language tied to the conventional meaning and to find his own poetic language. As a result, his poetry has achieved the most unique pure aesthetics in contemporary poetry, and margins are the most important aesthetic value of them.

초록보기

Lee's Buddhist world view functions as a mental and strategic phase regulating poetic imagination. His Buddhist world view is recognized as an alternative paradigm that can replace western's instrumental nature, human-centered, and reason-centered values. In this context, Lee's poetry has the meaning of searching for a paradigm of alternative reason for the modern order. This is because it reflects on the reflection of the in strumentalization of modern reason, that is to say, reflection on the true relationship between the self and the world.
Lee's poetry critically reflects the human-centered instrumental reason and the mechanistic world view of science and technology. He explores alternative propositions to overcome the values of humanism in modern times through the Buddhist world view. Through this reflective reflection, I deny and criticize the dichotomous system of reason and the oppressive order of modern civilization. And the attitude to overcome the contradictions and absurdities of reality in the form of overturning and violation.
Lee's poetry can be seen as an attitude to overcome the contradictions, absurdities, oppression and deficiency, alienation and division of civilization which ultimately brought about the view of modern world. This attitude is a poetic struggle of resistance and escape to reach a new world. For example, it can be understood as the imagination of escaping to the world of hope while resisting the negativity of the experiential world. The imagination of escape has a meaning as resistance, a reflection awareness of the modern order and civilization, the fallen desire and customs of the fetish, and the crisis of life. Therefore, relationship poetics based on Lee Eun-bong's Buddhist imagination has a character as a critical alternative proposition for modern society.

초록보기

Dae-nyeong Yun is considered to be a writer representing the 1990s literature, while presenting a new aspect of the 90s. Such an evaluation shows that Dae-nyong Yun has moved away from his ideological inclinations in the 1980s and shows stories about the inner workings of his personal side through ontological questions.
One of the main pillars of the Dae-nyeong Yun's novels is the mythical imagination. Based on this, this paper tries to find traces of mythological imagination based on the characters' actions in the short and mid stories and focused on remarkable stories of time image and space image. Also, this paper check on the characters who follow the traces of the mythical imagination and process the rite of passage of the characters through M. Eliiade's and Joseph Campbell's suggestion.
Time images and space images in Dae-nyeong Yun's novels are a means for the main characters have questions or answers about ontological questions. In particular, the time images are approaching the essence of the self, using a gap in everyday life, by suggesting that the same events are repeated several times or instantaneous erasure of time. In addition, space images shows that the scene is reborn through a rite of passage throught actions on the passing road, not the place where the main characters, 'the blue road of Silla' and 'the revival place of the sweetfish' for example. Based on the above contents, this paper focused on the image of crack and road of in time images and space images of Dae-nyeong Yun's novels.
Dae-nyeong Yun's novels are negatively evaluated, either on absence of the realism, or by using mythological elements to escape reality. Even though the characters in the novels linger in the distance and stay in space, they can not only leave it to the reality, but also to show that it is a positive sign that they return to the realities of life. In addition, it can be understood that the characters in his novels extend to the surrounding characters without limiting the character of the characters, which can be interpreted as a way to show and reflect on the underlying lives of more people through novels.
There is not enough only in terms of mythological aspects in many of the works of Dae-nyeong Yun's. But priorly the negative reviews of Dae-nyeong Yun's novels, the characters of the novels suggest that the characters in the novel are choosing to confront the reality, not escape the reality of escaping the realities of reality.

초록보기

This study set out to investigate the North Korean regime's perceptions of cosmetic production by raising questions such as “What meanings do cosmetics have for women in North Korea?,” “Why does the regime of North Korea encourage the production and development of cosmetics?” and “How is the North Korean society changed by the use of North Korean cosmetics?” The study aimed to figure out the ways that cosmetics were promoted to people in North Korea so that the regime of North Korea would achieve the political rhetoric of “improvement of people's life.” The investigator conducted an interview with female North Korean defectors that experienced the era of Kim Jong-un, thus examining the “reality” of their perceptions of North Korean cosmetics promoted by the regime. Considering that the act of make-up itself can lead to the classification of social strata based on gender awareness, the North Korean regime's intention and perception of make-up can be another factor to analyze the North Korean society. This was the reason why the present study focused on the gap between political “promotion” intended by the regime of North Korea in its political system and “reality” found in North Koreans' perception and action of it.
