Hospitals are increasingly posed with many requirements arising from government regulations to improve patient-centered care. The aim of this study is to investigate whether experiential quality reflects clinical quality of patient care. Toward this end, we analyzed 112 general and 42 tertiary hospitals with a multivariate robust regression model, using patient experience evaluation administered by health insurance review and assessment services(HIRA), process and outcome quality indicators of hospital patient care. After adjusting hospitals' structural and operational characteristics associated with patient experience, we found scientific evidence that clinical quality of patient care is associated with experiential quality. Trade-off between improving patient-centered quality and clinical quality of patient care is less likely occur.

초록보기
COVID-19, which started in China in 2019, drove the world to a pandemic situation. To prevent the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, early quarantine and preventive actions is the key point. Therefore, this study was conducted to enhance the people's preventive behavior by substituting the case of COVID-19 infectious disease into the health belief model, which is a representative study in preventive behavior. It also studied the impact of preventive actions when public trust in the government managing infectious diseases is mediated.
For this study, 331 samples were surveyed from September to October in 2020, including the second stage in which the government's social distancing was at the highest level. This study analyzed the mediating effect of government trust in the health belief model through SPSS and AMOS. As a result of reflecting COVID-19 in the health belief model, the effect of perceived barriers on the intention of preventive behavior was rejected. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of government trust in the health belief model, it was rejected in perceived severity and perceived barriers.
The result of this study tells us that the perceived barriers do not impede the intention of preventive behavior when the infectious disease becomes more contagious and preventive action becomes mandatory. In addition, it was verified that susceptibility of infection and the benefits of preventive actions through the government's message is a way to increase the intention of preventive actions. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to early quarantine by appropriately setting the direction of the government's message for quarantine and prevention of infectious diseases in the future.

This study was conducted in order to examine the correlation between the career identity and image of nurse among high school students participating in a vocational experience program of a nursing department, to find influential factors, and ultimately, to improve the image of nurse and promote the establishment of career identity for the development of nursing career and to obtain strategic information for developing nursing departments' vocational experience programs.
Data for this study were collected using a structured self-report questionnaire from 105 high school students participating in a vocational experience program executed at the Nursing Department in K-DO Province during the period from August 1 to 30 in 2019.
According to the results of data analyses, factors influencing the nurse's image were career identity(β=0.411, p=0.001) and satisfaction with the experience activities(β=0.148, p=0.040) in order of significance(F=10.03, p<0.001), and factors influencing career identity were the nurse's image (β=0.272, p=0.010), satisfaction with the experience activities(β=0.312, p=0.001), and gender(β=0.229, p=0.013) in order of significance(F=11.85, p<0.001).
It is necessary that when high school students to have proper images of nurses through nurse science department career experience programs so that they can choose major and career path properly.
These results suggest activities is more effective in improving the nurse's image and promoting the establishment of career.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of service recovery strategy on post-recovery value, post-recovery satisfaction, and positive WOM according to the type of service failure when medical service failure occurs. Based on these findings, we would like to present effective management measures from the perspective of the manager in the event of a medical service failure. Structural equations and pairwise parameter comparison method were performed for hypothesis testing.
The group experiencing technical service failures was shown to have a significant positive effect on the value after recovery of the service recovery strategy (β=0.481) and effort (β=0.648). Therefore, only Hypothesis 1-1 and hypothesis 1-4 were adopted. The group experiencing procedural failure was shown to have a significant positive effect on the value of the service recovery strategy (β=0.724) after recovery. Thus, only hypothesis 1-1 was adopted. Both groups that experienced technical service failures and those that experienced procedural service failures were found to have a significant effect on their satisfaction after recovery. Furthermore, post-recover satisfaction has been shown to have a significant positive (+) effect on positive WOMs. Therefore, both Hypothesis 2 and Hypothesis 3 were adopted. As a result of analyzing the moderation effect of service failure type, service failure type had partial adjustment effect. Thus, Hypothesis 4 was adopted.

The present study aims to investigate the impact of infection control activities of dental technician on job satisfaction. The aim was to improve the working environment for dental technicians working in Seoul by recognizing the risk of infection, and interesting in the infection control activities and personal protection. In addition, infection control activities were aimed to influence job satisfaction to prevent ceasing of dental technician, and to be used as data to establish professional self-concept of dental technician and professional development for dental technician.
The survey was distributed to 200 dental technicians in Gyeonggi-do, Seoul using a Google questionnaire, which is a form of mail and online questionnaire, and 143 of the collected questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21.0.
The statistical analysis methods used in this study were based on frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis. In addition, through independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance, differences between factors were identified, and multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the causal relationship between infection control activities (independent variables) and job satisfaction (dependent variables).
The questionnaire of the previous studies, “Awareness and practice of infection control by dental technicians in Jeju Province” and “A study on the relationship between professional self-concept and job satisfaction of dental technicians” was used in the present study after correcting and supplementing. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 59 questions, including 16 questions related to infection control activities, 24 questions related to job satisfaction, and 10 general questions.
The results of the effect of infection control activities on job satisfaction were
1. The compensation system for work, which is a factor of job satisfaction, was affected by the workplace environment.
2. Pride in work and positive social relationship were affected by the necessity of infection control.
