With increasingly serious urbanization and sharp increase of visitors, environmental pollution problems have arisen in many cities. Especially in tourism cities, these urban problems are serious. In this context, this study aims to explore sustainable development tourism model and find best reasonable set of sustainable policies for tourism cities. For this purpose, this study used System Dynamics Simulation method, building Sustainable Tourism Model for Keifung City, China and conducted extensive simulation experiments. Simulation result shows that environmental, social, and economically coordinated development model that simultaneously increases the ratio of environmental, cultural, and business investment was analyzed as the best sustainable tourism policy. And the unilateral realization of the number of tourists in the tourism city can not achieve the sustainable development of the city, indicating that it needs to coordinate closely with the environment, business and other related departments of the city.

Organizational psychologists produced a substantial amount of research on newcomer adjustment and argued that it is a very complex and dynamic phenomenon. Considering the properties of newcomer adjustment, this study employs system dynamics approach to create a comprehensive causality model that involves the honeymoon, hangover, and socialization effects as well as outcomes and feedback loops of adjustment perception. Using system dynamics approach, this study also seeks to observe trajectories of newcomers' adjustment perception by conducting a set of simulation analyses. Simulation results are supportive of the emergence of the honeymoon, hangover, and socialization effects over time. They also suggest the importance of managing negative realistic experiences, utilizing institutionalized socialization tactics, and selecting proactive newcomers for their successful on-boarding.

The purpose of this study is 1) to explore the cyclical causal relationship among safety culture principles in nuclear power plant organization and 2) to analyze the effects of determinants of safety culture compliance. This study conducted a survey to identify stock variables and developed a stock-flow diagram (SFD) based on eight safety principles. After that, a simulation was conducted using the SFD. The results indicate that an approach that expanding workers' understandings of duties and responsibilities regarding the safety culture is most effective in improving safety culture compliance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze feedback structures to solve the recurrent problem of mortality in apartment landscape management. This study consisted of three stages. First, the variables of tree mortality were selected through a literature review, interviews with apartment managers, and soil analysis. Second, the basic structure of apartment landscape problems was analyzed. Third, a causal loop diagram to analyze for landscape mortalities and solutions for landscape design, construction and management. Finally, the effective management strategies were proposed.
At the design stage, transplantation was found not to be a viable solution. At the construction stage, bed soil utilization was found to be useful. In the management stage, it was found that consultation with experienced managers was advisable.
In particular, it was found that experts type of gardener, educator, etc. and resident participation are very effective in preventing landscape mortality. Managing landscapes through a large, diverse management groups will help prolong the life of the landscape, positively affecting the health of the community and contributing to the improvement of urban environmental problems.
