Due to the continued growth of online shopping and the corona 19 incident, the proportion of face-to-face shopping is decreasing, and the online shopping market is growing by expanding its proportion and scope. Due to the characteristics of online shopping, the demand for small package delivery is increasing dramatically. Increasing demand for delivery creates a significant load on the delivery logistics process. Among these processes, the unloading work at the logistics terminal, which is performed by manpower, is most affected by increasing demand. However, because of the poor working environment and frequent accidents, it is required to improve the working environment and efficiency of the delivery logistics terminal. In this study, a parcel unloading robot is suggested to improve the environment and efficiency of a terminal. and the operating and allocation policies of unloading robots are suggested. And to verify the efficiency of the robot installed terminal, the simulation experiments are conducted.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the innovative performance of the Logistical Support Brigades in the Korean Army. By using various theories in relation to organizational innovation, developmental culture, transformational leadership, and members' diversity are hypothesized as the precedents of knowledge sharing and absorptive capacity, which lead to members' innovative performance. Survey results show that developmental culture and members' diversity each has positive impact on employees' knowledge sharing. However, transformational leadership has no significant influence on members' knowledge sharing. Developmental culture, transformational leadership, and members' diversity are positively related to members' absorptive capacity. Theoretically, this study is meaningful in that it has identified the factors affecting innovative outcomes in the aspects of culture, leader, and its members. Practical implications were suggested how managers can enhance employees' innovative performance in the logistical troops.

This paper analyzes effect of tripartite FTA among Korea, China and Japan on logistics industry through case studies. And it identifies target industries for GSCM collaboration business models through analyzing product flow on supply chain among 3 countries. Then it develops GSCM collaboration business model through a field study on Free Trade Zones and logistics hub facilities in 3 countries, interview and questionnaire survey on tenants and users of such facilities, SWOT analysis and feasibility study. Based on such analyses, strategies to implement NE Asia GSCM collaboration models and support FTA are developed.

With the rapid growth of the economy since 2000, the construction of logistics systems and facilities in China has also processed quickly. Although the Chinese government has attached great importance to the improvement of logistics efficiency, the Logistics Performance Index(LPI) indicates that it is still far behind the advanced countries. To improve China's international competitiveness of logistics, the National Development and Reform Commission announced the policy for selecting logistics hub cities in March 2019. Previous studies have confirmed the need for these hub cities. However, there is a lack of research on the selection processes and guidelines. The present study identified 15 influential factors in the selection of logistics hub cities. The importance of the factors was determined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A framework was designed to calculate the evaluation scores for the finalist cities on the basis of the weight values determined from Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS). The effectiveness of the framework was demonstrated through a case study of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This study can serve as a reference for the selection of logistics hub cities in China and other countries.

Planned maintenance reduces the occurrence of excessive lead times during production or transportation, and prevents large-scale accidents during equipment operation. The probability of failure(Failure-Function) during total life cycle should be considered to establish a maintenance schedule. In this study, we propose an Interval-Optimization- Maintenance. This divides the total life cycle according to the failure probability based on the Failure-Function, and performs an optimized Period-Based-Maintenance in the divided interval. The proposed model has both the convenience of scheduling and prevention of failure. And, the proposed model is a realistic model that can be applied to reality. Failure-Function was derived using the data of the Naval ship and the hierarchical Bayesian estimation method. The results of this study can be used in all industries operating equipment. It is possible to optimize the planned maintenance interval by estimating the Failure-Function of the industrial group and constructing a maintenance model.

In the early stages of the war, the army's ammunition demand will be dramatically increased. The Army has to study the resilience of the supply chain. The purposes of this study is to design the supply chain and to suggest a model with the highest resilience. We developed some alternative models about the supply chain which were based on feasibility with military expert interview. We tested the performances like robustness, agility and survivability.
Test results are as follows. The first, the elimination strategy wasn't effective. The second, using emergency channel has a positive impact on resilience. Especially, It is effective to use downstream rather than upstream. We suggest the resilience supply chain for ammunition with emergency line and expect this chain be applied.
This study is meaningful in that it has identified the negative impact of the application of the eliminate strategy of the Army ammunition supply chain on Resilience and applied the supply chain design of an effective emergency channel through the defense reform in the future

China's reform and opening policy, which began in 1980 with the establishment of a "special economic zone," has undergone a significant shift in the way of development since it recently entered the New Normal era. In this circumstance, China Pilot Free Trade Zone has significant implications as President Xi Jinping's innovative reform and opening-up policy. Thus, this study identified the operation status and characteristics of 12 China Pilot Free Trade Zones, reflecting the characteristics of China. Then the logistics competitiveness of 11 free trade test zones excluding Hainan was analyzed based on the 2018 data using the Entropy-TOPSIS method. The total logistics competitiveness results indicate that Guangdong was the most competitive among the 11 China Pilot Free Trade Zones, and Shanghai and Fu Jian rank second and third, respectively.
According to the results of this study, the logistics competitiveness of Shanghai, Guangdong, Fujian and Tianjin, setting up earlier than others, were relatively high. Meanwhile, the coastal areas received relatively high logistics competitiveness scores because they had better economic and industrial conditions with major ports. This study provided important policy implications to provide strategies concerning the characteristics of Korean companies in logistics competitiveness, based on careful analysis of positioning and specialized logistics function of China Pilot Free Trade Zone.
